Phoenix Metro Market Update – 3/8/18

The Phoenix Metro area includes Maricopa County, Pinal County and a small part of Yavapai county.

Our market is doing very well overall. Appreciation is up to 8.7% annually, closed sales are up, and sellers have a higher success rate in selling their home than the previous two years. Challenges remain for a Buyer looking to purchase a home right now. Due to the low inventory of active listings, buyers have fewer homes to choose from and prices continue to rise.
