Buying “new construction” is a bit different from buying a previously-owned home. If you are considering buying a new construction home, consider working with a buyer’s agent who knows the area well and will represent you through the entire process.

  • Note: The listing agent works for the Builder, not for you. Our local builders require that we must accompany you on your first visit to any new subdivision; if not, we will be unable to represent you.
