March 2016 Real Estate market statistics for Maricopa AZ

*Annual Median Appreciation = 8.0% (Cromford Report)

*Buyer’s market – Buyers are being selective and are looking for the best price with the most upgrades.

*Average List Price: $193,891;  Average Sold Price: $172,246;   average home size = 2,103 sq ft;  average price per sq. ft = $84.73

*For buyers and sellers to come to an agreement on a purchase price, sellers are giving up, on average, 98% of their list price. Note, this does not include any other seller concessions i.e. Seller contribution to the Buyer’s closing costs.

*Average Days on Market before an acceptable offer is received = 55 days.
