*For buyers and sellers to come to an agreement on a purchase price, sellers are giving up, on average, 98% of their list price. Note, this does not include any other seller concessions i.e. Seller contribution to the Buyer’s closing costs.

*Average Days on Market before an acceptable offer is received = 90 days.
